The Project

Better Living and CDR Property partnered with Cherry Lab to bring their latest development, Dura Commons, to market — a premium industrial complex in Mildura featuring 25 modern warehouses. Positioned as a new benchmark for commercial spaces in the region, Dura Commons required a bold brand identity and marketing strategy to reflect its strategic location and large-scale potential. Our goal was to shape a cohesive visual and narrative presence that would support digital engagement, drive enquiries, and build long-term brand equity.

The Challenge

The brief was clear: create a compelling brand experience that could generate qualified leads and bring the development to life — despite limited early-stage visuals. Our team was tasked with developing content that not only showcased the scale and premium offering of Dura Commons but also resonated with buyers and investors across social, digital, and print touchpoints.

We developed a holistic storytelling approach rooted in video, photography, and graphic design, showcasing the project’s scale, values, and potential. This content was deployed across organic social media and supported by a Meta ads campaign targeting potential buyers and investors in the region.

The campaign delivered over 500 sales leads, a unified brand identity across all channels, and strong market awareness. Dura Commons is now positioned as Mildura’s most exciting new business precinct, setting a new standard for commercial property marketing in regional Australia.
